Nicholas joined Position Property Real Estate when the new business commenced in the year 2000. Prior to this appointment, Nicholas gained enormous experience in sales and property management as he has been working in the real estate industry since 1990. He is a Licensed Real Estate Agent and was instrumental in getting the rent roll for Position Property Real Estate off the ground. He and Rhondda became a good working team and built the property management business up to the strength that it has reached today.
Nicholas is a good mentor to the rental team and constantly encourages them to strive for their ideals. The rental team attend regular property management seminars to update their knowledge of the industry.

John joined Position Property after an extensive career in Education and Property Management where he gained his ability to communicate with and relate to people from all different walks of life. His experience in managing two large apartment complexes has given John a valuable insight into what people are looking for in the unit market. He is a fully licensed Real Estate agent registered with REIQ and is currently doing a great job in the role of On-site Manager for a number of complexes managed by Position Property.

Peter emigrated from England in 1989 and quickly established a new career in Real Estate opening his first office in 1991. Peter and Richard joined forces opening the Position Property doors in 1999 and have gone from strength to strength. Peter still prefers to work at the coalface and most of his time is spent selling our off-the-plan projects. The balance of time is spent helping Richard with overall direction and forward planning for the business. Outside of work Peter likes to unwind with a game of golf and quiet days at home with his family.

Adrian has been involved in the property industry since the mid 1990’s, with much experience in product design, pricing, sales management and marketing of residential projects. Adrian’s product knowledge and market expertise has come from working on both the Sales and the Development sides of the property industry. For almost ten years Adrian was a managing partner in a highly successful inner-city property marketing firm involved in prestige projects. Adrian was then appointed the General Sales Manager of Projects for a major property marketing business overseeing $400million of residential inner-city and CBD projects. Since that time, and prior to joining Position Property in 2009, Adrian had several years as Sales Manager for two of Queensland’s leading property development firms.
As the exclusive onsite agency for many of Brisbane’s premier Developers, Position Property controls a wide variety of new and off-plan product within a 10km radius of the Brisbane CBD. Position Property is appointed directly by Developers to run the sales programs and to coordinate any sales made by outside agencies. Adrian’s primary focus is to manage the Alliance Partner (affiliate sales) program. He establishes and grows close working relationships with financial planners, accountants, brokers, agents and investor groups.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent.

Jan brings experience from a number of areas within real estate. Her career in Real Estate started in management rights when she and her husband purchased a management rights business in Brisbane in 2001. This allowed her to gain the skills required to work with tenants and landlords.
Jan’s interest in selling real estate began at that point too, and she decided to acquire the licences that would enable her to sell, and the industry quickly became a passion. After selling residential property in Christchurch NZ for 12 months, the remainder of her time in real estate has been in Project Marketing and selling off the plan in the Brisbane area.
Prior to working in real estate Jan was employed in a Telstra call centre and this helped her acquire the fantastic customer service skills required to succeed in the Real Estate industry.

Bob joined the Position Property team in 2006 with an extensive background in Residential Development Land Sales & Acquisitions. Bob’s experience also includes three years as Managing Director of his own project marketing company as well as three years as Acquisitions Manager with a leading Brisbane property development and construction company.
Bob commenced selling development sites in 1996 after terminating a 15 year career as a Professional Squash Coach. The competitive spirit to win business and the best possible result for his clients lives on.
From small lot residential sites to large scale high rise parcels, Bob can provide site evaluation, effect site amalgamations, provide market appraisals and design marketing campaigns for any development site, including “on market” and “off market” sales.
