Adam entered the real estate industry in 2013 as a Commercial Property Analyst during the completion of his university studies.
In 2014, Adam joined the Position Property team and worked within their Development Sites Sales division marketing and selling a variety of residential development sites.
Following this in 2017, Adam left Position Property to take on a role as a Development Manager for a private residential developer working across a number of residential and over 55’s developments in Deception Bay, Braidwood, Hervey Bay and Atherton Tablelands.
Adam successfully managed the development of a $24 million dollar project in Deception Bay – consisting of 74 residential apartments. The project was successfully sold out, and achieved a 100% rental occupancy. Adam also successfully managed the completion of the first two stages (32 homes) of a residential over 55’s project down in regional NSW.
Returning to Position Property in 2020, Adam’s primary focus is to work in with existing and new developer clients to bring on, launch and manage new developments , whilst also working with the project sales team and a number of key alliance partners.
Adam was educated at the University of Queensland and holds a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Real Estate & Development. Adam is also a licenced Real Estate Agent
