Position Property Services has owned Management Rights since 2006 utilising the expertise of its directors, shareholders and key staff members to be the leaders in building management.
Traditionally, Position Property Services has been involved in each development right from its initial conception and planning stages through to marketing and sales, with the ownership of management rights completing our full involvement in the project.
We consider Management Rights to be one of the most important aspects to ensure we achieve long term growth of property values and maintain a strong yield for investors.
