Adrian has been involved in the property industry since the mid 1990’s, with extensive experience in site selection, product design, pricing, sales management and marketing of residential projects.
Adrian’s project advisory expertise has been developed over many years on both the Sales and the Development Delivery sides of the property industry. For almost ten years Adrian was a managing partner in a highly successful inner-city project marketing firm involved in prestige projects. Adrian was then appointed the General Sales Manager of Projects for a major property marketing business responsible for $400million of inner-city and CBD residential projects.
Since that time, and prior to joining Position Property in 2009, Adrian spent several years as Sales Manager for two of Queensland’s leading property development firms.
As the exclusive agency for many of Brisbane’s premier Developers, Position Property controls a wide variety of new and off-plan product within a 15km radius of the Brisbane CBD.
Adrian is passionate about collaborating with developers to bring new projects to the market. Providing market leading advice encompassing all aspects of the project from location to design, strategy and pricing, ensuring the delivered project is well received by the market.
Responsible also for managing Position Property’s Alliance Partner network of external agents, Adrian has formed close working relationships with financial planners, accountants, brokers, agents and investor groups over many years, resulting in confidence and ongoing loyalty.
Adrian holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland and is a fully licensed Real Estate Agent.
