Exceptional Guidance and an Excellent Result

I had an outstanding experience working with Melea Black‑Sinclair from Position Property on the sale of my unit. From the very beginning, Melea brought a level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that made a real difference. Melea helped to guide me through the pre‑listing preparation, offering thoughtful advice that helped elevate the presentation of the property. Throughout the campaign, Melea worked closely with Peter Robertson, and together they formed a highly effective team. Their communication, strategy, and commitment were evident at every stage, ultimately achieving an excellent sale result in a challenging market. I’m incredibly grateful for Melea’s hard work, expertise, and genuine dedication. She made the process smooth, stress‑free, and successful. I would confidently recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled, supportive, and results‑driven real estate professional.

I couldn’t be happier with the experience of selling with Peter Robertson. From the very beginning, Peter was professional, proactive, and incredibly supportive—especially given how challenging the market was mid 2026. His knowledge, communication, and strategic approach were second to none. Despite the difficult conditions, Peter achieved an outstanding sale price that exceeded my expectations. Great customer service.. in person

While I don't expect the agents to revolve their world around me, I can't say it's been a 10/10 experience. Pros: – Communication in person is clear, polite & respectful. – Professional presentation overall Cons: – Once my property was listed, I felt a bit of pressure to settle for the first person to view the apartment. There was plenty of interest in the first week & I wanted to wait. I am new to being a landlord but not new to real estate as I was an agent myself in the past. I felt like I was hurried whether it was the agents' intention or not. – I have to send multiple messages (reminders) or chase another agent to get an answer to simple questions.
