Brad came to our first meeting extremely well prepared with documentation of his previous sales and comparisons to other agents results. He had the paperwork ready to go to start the process straightaway and explained everything clearly and in detail. He has a very strong understanding of the local area and the market that we were selling in. His sales history spoke for itself as the best and we were keen to engage him to sell our apartment. Brad’s communications were timely and contained useful updates and information. We only had one open house and received multiple offers which Brad then negotiated to achieve an outstanding price for our property. The whole process was quick, easy, and very smooth.
