Before joining Position Property, Kath held the role of Operations Manager for the Eastern Seaboard of an international real estate franchise group. In that position, she provided strategic and administrative support to more than 200 franchise offices across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria. Her work was instrumental in building and refining systems that enhanced operational consistency and franchise performance.  Kath has experience spanning both corporate and franchise environments.
