About Simone
With more than 25 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy and property project marketing, Simone Ledingham brings a unique combination of strategic insight, digital expertise and hands-on execution to her role as Brand and Projects Manager at Position Property.
Simone has built her career at the intersection of property, advertising and digital transformation, working with some of Australia’s leading property developers, government organisations and lifestyle brands. Her experience spans every aspect of project marketing, including brand strategy, market positioning, campaign development, digital marketing, customer experience design and lead generation.
Prior to joining Position, Simone founded and led two successful advertising agencies specialising in property and lifestyle marketing, scaling teams of more than 25 professionals and delivering integrated campaigns for some of Queensland’s most recognised property brands. She has also held senior roles with International Advertising Agencies where she managed high-profile government, consumer and property portfolios.
At Position, Simone is responsible for leading the company’s brand and marketing strategy, overseeing residential project campaigns from concept through to completion, and driving innovation across customer experience and digital platforms. She recently led Position’s corporate rebrand and website redevelopment, strengthening the company’s market presence as one of Southeast Queensland’s most trusted property businesses.
Simone holds a Master of Digital Communication from Queensland University of Technology, with specialist expertise in artificial intelligence, social media analytics and digital communication. She is equally comfortable shaping high-level strategy and working directly in the tools to bring ideas to life, combining strategic thinking with a practical, results-focused approach.
