Mica Charan began her real estate career in 2019, working alongside a leading sales team in Brisbane’s inner suburbs. Having grown up surrounded by the property industry, she developed a natural curiosity for the market and a genuine passion for helping people through one of life’s biggest milestones — buying and selling their homes.

During her years in residential sales, Mica refined her understanding of client motivations, communication, and the psychology behind property decisions. This experience provided the perfect foundation for her transition into property marketing, where she now combines her industry knowledge with her academic background — holding a Bachelor of Business majoring in Marketing.

As Marketing Coordinator at Position Property Paddington, Mica plays a key role in managing the agency’s project listings, supporting campaigns from concept through to launch. With a strong eye for detail, creative flair, and an ability to connect marketing strategy with buyer behaviour, she helps ensure each project is positioned for maximum exposure and success.
