Excellent communication, exceeded sale expectation, professional approach

We hired Brad and his team to sell our rental unit. Brad was able to lock in a buyer after the first open home at a price that exceeded our expectations. When the buyer asked for a quick settlement, Brad was able to negotiate a fair outcome for early exit of our tenant that also suited us. Then came the tricky part……our tenant went missing. Brad kept us in the loop every step of the way during this period. He always called us first to give us updates. We never had to call him. Brad and his team kept us calm in what could be a stressful time. The tenant was eventually tracked down and Brad was able to help the tenant find a new rental quickly in order for our sale to go through. Sale of unit in Taringa, QLD in May 2026

In May 2026 we commissioned Position Property to sell our 2 Bed/2 Bath/Study/2 Garage Unit in Taringa, Queensland. Position Property’s Lead Agent was Brad Munro – Brad and his team put together a comprehensive, highly professional marketing program which culminated in us selling our unit in only nine days at a record price in our apartment building (and one of the highest prices ever in Taringa for a 2 Bed unit). The record price was achieved notwithstanding that the 2026 Federal Budget had unsettled the property market during our marketing program.
