Great service from start to finish

Brad went beyond expectations in helping me to sell my unit. He spent considerable time leading up to the sale getting to know me and the apartment, and planning the right strategy. Brad has long experience and a great track record in West End and is a very thoughtful and empathetic person. I had an accident the day before my first open home and was hospitalised for a month, and he and his team went above and beyond to keep the momentum going and worked with my friends to make sure the showings continued during that period. I was delighted with Brad's personalised approach and with the outcome. Highly recommend Nrad if you're planning to go to market in the area.

Genuine Service, Honest Feedback and a Record Price. Would highly recommend.

Having seen Zach's sales results across a lot of high-end homes and townhomes through the inner 10km Ring, I had clear instructions for Zach on price expectations and to run a cost effective Marketing Campaign. Zach was very upfront in what he felt was realistic, but had the goal to push for the highest price for a 3-level townhome in Everton Park and the FABLE complex. Zach gave excellent feedback throughout the campaign, was never pushy and achieved an excellent price with a streamlined marketing campaign. I'd highly recommend Zach to family and friends and was very happy with the outcome. Thanks mate!

Beyond professional and focused on driving optimum results.

Zach is very knowledgeable when it comes to market dynamics and his sales strategy was spot on. He is super professional, proactive and ensured we had open communication numerous times daily throughout the campaign. In our situation, the campaign didn't go to plan however Zach was able to pivot with little fuss to get things back on track while seemingly unflappable. We really valued Zach's transparency and efficiency. It was a a great experience selling our property with Zach. Highly recommend..

As a buyer I would definitely feel at ease dealing with Zach again for either Investment or our personal home. I would also have no hesitation in using Zach should we ever have to sell our property.
