A new Urbis Market Outlook highlights the suburb’s strong transport connections, proximity to major employment hubs and growing lifestyle amenity as key drivers of demand. Albion’s population is forecast to more than double to 7,500 residents by 2046, placing further pressure on an already undersupplied housing market.
